We deliver nationwide across Lebanon via cash on delivery. Delivery is $3 within Beirut and $5 outside Beirut, and free on orders above $60. Each piece is printed to order, with production taking 1 to 3 days before it ships.
We currently accept cash on delivery only. You'll pay the courier directly when your order arrives — no payment is required online.
Since every piece is printed to order, we're not able to accept returns for change of mind. If your order arrives damaged or with a defect, contact us within 3 days of delivery at hello@craftfactory.org and we'll arrange a replacement or exchange.
Personalized and fully custom pieces are made specifically for you and are non-refundable once production has started, except in the case of a manufacturing defect.
